The size of the synthesized cubic boron nitride single crystal is generally 30~90 microns.

       The hardness of cubic boron nitride is comparable to that of artificial diamond, ranking second only to diamond; its temperature resistance is as high as 1500~1600°C, and its stability at high temperatures is also better than that of artificial diamond, making it suitable for use as a superstructure. hard material. And cubic boron nitride has high chemical stability to iron group metals and is suitable for cutting tools.

       The main uses of cubic boron nitride are as knives, grinding tools and abrasives. Because cubic boron nitride has high hardness, good thermal stability, excellent chemical stability and thermal conductivity, it is an ideal tool material, suitable for processing all kinds of hardened steel, wear-resistant cast iron, thermal spraying materials, Alloy steel, high temperature alloy and other materials.

       Cubic boron nitride abrasive tools have a series of advantages such as high productivity, long life, low loss, high machining accuracy, and good surface quality, and are gradually replacing traditional abrasive tools. CBN grinding wheels can be made of resin, metal, ceramics and other materials as binders.
